New Account Activation & First-Time Password Setup

New users of the TWC Hub Ministerial Community will be granted access by their district office. 


District office contact information is available here.


Upon granting access, you'll receive an email from twchub@wesleyan.org with the subject line "Next Steps - Password for the Wesleyan Online Community." 

If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folders.

Click the "Set up password" button


This link is only active for 48 hours after being issued. If you are past the 48-hour window, please reach out to the TWC Service Desk at twcsupport@wesleyan.org asking them to reset your TWCHub password. A new email with a password link will be sent to your email.

You'll be taken to our terms of service page. Please take a moment to read through it. Click the acknowledgement checkbox and the "Next" button to continue.

Create a new password and click "Change Password".


Passwords must contain at least 8 characters and include 1 number.

After creating your password, you'll be directed to the TWCHub Community Home Page. To continue to the Ministerial Community for completion of your reports, click "Ministerial Community".
