1. Click “My Profile”
2. On the profile page click “Initiate District Transfer”
a. Departing District: The departing district will automatically populate.
b. Receiving District: The pastor will choose the district that they wish to transfer to.
c. Receiving Church: Pastor can enter the church they wish to be transferred to. This is not a required field.
d. Transfer Reason: Pastor must give an explanation for their desire to transfer.
3. Click “Submit” (the user will immediately be returned to the profile page.)
Upon submission, an email will be sent to the you, the district administrators of both the receiving and departing districts and headquarters confirming the request to transfer.
You will receive an email you when the transfer is complete.
